Return Policy – Charlotte Leeds

At Charlotte Leeds, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.


Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the product.

  • All return shipping costs, including international postage, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.


Return Process

  1. Register your return via support@charlotteleeds.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or additional shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refunds

After the returned item has been received at the return address and approved for its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was entered, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
